Donald M MacKenzie:- Donald is the owner of the business and brings 34 years experience dealing with cases in the Privy Council (predecessor of the Supreme Court), High Court, Court of Session, Sheriff and Justice of the Peace Courts throughout the country. He regularly acts for clients who have been referred to him by other solicitors from all parts of the Highlands who do not themselves practice in the Courts. His clients include fellow solicitors too!
10 years ago Donald was appointed by the Sheriff Principal as Secretary (legal advisor) to Highland & Western Isles Valuation Appeal Panel. He is also a Reporter to the Client Relations Department of the Law Society of Scotland.
Mary Mitchell:- With over 29 years experience in legal practice, Mary has been with the firm since it all began 20 years ago. She is Donald's secretary and manages his diary.
Caroline Thomson:- Cashier.
